About me

Hi, I’m Vjacheslav, a full time self-employed software developer from Estonia with over 20 years of experience.

Previous work

Many years ago I started my career by coding apps in C/C++, then Pascal/Delphi, then, just over 20 years ago, switched to web development.

I used to work with PHP and related technologies, focusing mainly on forum software: phpBB, XenForo. My main work was designing themes, writing plugins and server management for customers.

Most of my forum software related work has always been open source. Open source work created paid customers who wanted custom work to be done for their forums and needed someone to manage their servers.

There were also premium paid forum themes and plugins.

Current work

Currently I’m working with SVG, mostly creating tools for other developers and designers.
